Great travel trailer for sale, solid and in good condition. This trailer has been babied: caulked and extra foam insulation added. The tires were covered from the sun until these photos were taken. Model is the Skyline Layton 225 Lite. Weight is 4140. Length is 22". Cold AC and hot heat! Lots of bright windows - including a panel that can be opened on the front of the trailer above the bed. The refrigerator works great - stove top is gas. Microwave does not work. I do not have keys - you will have to remove locks to take to a locksmith or swing by a locksmith. Spoke with one who said it costs about $100. Tires look good. Shower and bath. Lots of storage space. No dings on the corners.
Trailer includes: * Two large propane tanks * Sway bars and ball hitch * Small vacuum cleaner * flat screen t.v. * t.v. antenna on top of trailer * fake fireplace that generates heat * DVD player * full length awning (has one tear the size of an apple - could be patched)
