Vehicle description

This is a 1969 Layton 16 foot single axle camper/travel trailer. It is 20 feet from tongue to bumper and has a gross weight of 2000 lbs. This camper was on a site up until 3 weeks ago and had been refurbished a little while back. This unit can sleep 4 comfortably and has a new queen size mattress that is extremely comfortable. This camper has a full bath with sink and shower. It has a full galley to include a new refrigerator with freezer 3 burner stove and oven along with dual basin kitchen sink. This camper has most of the original fixtures inside including a Duo-therm propane heater and hot water heater. It has laminate flooring installed. The kitchen table is removable to open up the floor plan if needed for extra guests. The floor plan of this camper is unique compared to the usual floor plans of most other campers out there. The interior floor plan is just very cool and makes this camper unique. It has an underneath holding tank with sewer hook-up. This camper has dual 40lb LP gas tanks mounted in front with plastic tank cover. Its had a front window awning installed. None of the windows are broken. Roof does not leak and I had just resealed all roof seams for extra assurance. Tires are in excellent condition and this camper tows very easily with just about any vehicle pulling it. I pulled it for 4 hours with a little Ford Sport-Trac without any issues or trouble. This camper is currently in my shop getting the bearings repacked the axle and axle alignment being checked to make sure it trails correctly down the road. This is a great camper for someone to be able to use throughout the remainder of the season and then to redesign the interior to their liking during the off season. This camper is very open and extremely roomy inside with a 6 1/2 foot ceiling. I can deliver this camper anywhere in the United States if need be for an extra fee. This camper has no title due to its age and New Hampshire being a title exempt State for vehicles prior to 1999. I will include with this camper a Bill of Sale and a current registration in which the winning bidder will have no problem being able to register even if their State requires a title. I have experience with this issue and understand the process completely? Remember you are bidding on a VINTAGE camper that is 52 years old it is not a 2019 so please don"t bid if your looking for something without flaw. I"ve had too many people bid at the last second and cancel out all my serious bidders only to compare my affordabley priced vintage camper to one that sells in a range of $15,000. I"m not asking for anywhere near that amount I"m trying to put people who want to join the vintage RV club in a camper that is affordable and usable. This is not a Glamper it"s a 52 year old camper. Please bid seriously. Happy Bidding on this vintage camper that some lucky bidder will win and enjoy.
