1963 Layton 15" (including hitch) with good bones, "gutted" ready to be finished. Would make a killer Tiny House. Re-do it as a concession trailer or camper. Use it as a guest house. Roof does not leak. Ceiling insulated and plywood is up. Sides insulated, some wiring redone. 2x2 studs all good. Floor solid. Despite it being "gutted" I still have the sink and stove top as well as the table top. Outside skins in good shape, a few scratches and small dents, paint looks OK from 20", should be redone. Windows all there with some panes cracked. Weighs 2,020 pounds. Tows well. Located 45 minutes north of Buffalo, NY.
