Vehicle description
1986 Sunrader Pop up Camper built on a 1985 Toyota 1 ton truck. Automatic with overdrive on column. 120K original miles on 22R engine. Oil use is about 1.5 quarts between oil changes it does use more if you are driving it at 70 miles an hour or climbing mountains with it. It will cruise at 70 and get about 17.5 MPG while doing it. There is some rust showing behind wheel wells and at rocker panels. There are tears to the canvas and screening and back door gaskets need to be replaced. There is plenty to do. I do have good door panels for the front doors. I"ve shown this thing in it"s natural messy state. I never put the top up when I used it, just put a nice sleeping pad in back and rough camped unless I was in a campground( then I could use a fan.) It was gutted when I got it and I"ve just left it that way, I could get my old 750 Honda in back and haul it along on fishing trips. I think it would make a nice tail gaiter or you could go all Tiny House with it. . Look at the photos and ask questions as needed. You will have to come get this unless you are near enough to me to convince me to drive it to your house. I would keep this if I wasn"t moving to much smaller place. I hope someone wants to give it the love I have not lavished on this cool little truck.
