At 21’ long this motorhome can go almost anywhere a class B motorhome can go, with the advantage of having a fixed bed over the cab. This opens up a lot of extra space in the coach while still allowing this motorhome to go almost anywhere because of its small size. It’s perfect for boondocking and is fully self contained. This Sunrader is unique from all other Sunraders on the planet because it has a full custom wooden interior and it’s fully loaded with upgrades. It’s built on a one ton Toyota chassis with a one ton full floating true dully differential, 3 speed automatic transmission with an electric overdrive and Toyota’s legendary 22re fuel injected engine. It is Toyota reliable and very fuel efficient. I’ve averaged 15mpg. In the world of Toyota motorhomes Sunraders are top of the line because the shell of the coach is a strong and light weight two piece clam shell made out of molded fiberglass. It’s construction is similar to a boat and eliminates multiple seams that over time could leak. As part of the preventive maintenance the roof vents, air conditioner, and windows have been resealed every 5-6 years since this vehicle was new and they were recently resealed last week. This motorhome has always been water tight and has no water damage. All appliances work like they should, the coach ac is ice cold, the refrigerator can keep food at a safe temperature on a 120 degree day and works great on propane. It’s very efficient and can run for a long time on just a little bit of propane. You can take a nice hot shower anywhere. The shower is in a separate space from the toilet and the bathroom also has a full wardrobe. This gives you the ability to walk into the bathroom, close the door and come out clean shaven, with a nice shower fully dressed with brushed teeth and hair ready to start the day. This is helpful for a small family. This motorhomes has 2 beds. A full size bed over the cab and a couch that pulls out into a twin size bed. It has 6 windows that will slide open with undamaged bug screens. Plus a screen door on the coach. This will give you a great cross flow of air to prevent the greenhouse effect on hot days without using any electricity. I’ve owned the motorhome for 6 years and I’ve traveled 58,000 miles across America on countless adventures. This vehicle has been very reliable and it’s been a great way to explore America. Next month I’m moving over seas with my wife. It’s the only reason I’m selling. Below is a list of the preventive maintenance and upgrades that have been added over the years.

Airlift air springs added to the rear axle
Airlift onboard air compressor with a manifold that can control each air spring independently. It’s controlled with a remote control. While driving down the road you can stiffen the suspension to compensate for a strong crosswind or soften the suspension for a rough road. At the campsite you can level the motorhome with a remote control.
Three speed, reversible, thermostat controlled fantastic fans in the coach and bathroom. They have max air covers that allow the fans to be run in the rain or while driving down the road.
Very quiet, very high quality water pump for the sinks and shower.
140 amp hour lithium iron phosphate coach battery with dc to dc charge controller, nppt solar charge controller and flexible solar panel mounted on the roof.

The passenger door has a small dent, the passenger fender has a small spot of rust, the back of the motor home has a small fiberglass repair. Please see attached pictures.
