Purchased this vehicle in Nevada in 2014, drove it back to NY, where we gutted the interior to make it lighter, more spacious and get better gas milage, insulated it with Low VOC blue foam and sheathed the interior with birch ply. We removed the stove. The Dual Fuel Fridge works. The kitchen sink works. When purchased we were told the toilet works but never used it. purchased a new one, never installed. there is a drain in the bathroom for a shower head to be installed. original fiberglass sink hole and toilet in the bathroom. Re-sealed and re-screened all the windows, replaced outlets, added some LED lights, re-upholstered the cushions, installed 2 reversible ceiling fans with thermostat. The seal around the rear fan need to be re-done. Engine: we replaced: clutch, break shoes, water pump, forward battery, running lights, and headlight switch, (currently not working), tires. Truck is in good condition, drives well, though I would replace tires soon. Needs: New coach battery. seal around rear fan, new propane tanks for heater.
