We are selling our Gardner Pacific Toyota sunrader FG-180 mini motorhome. You can look far and wide and you"ll not find a more pristine example of an unmolested sunrader. Sporting only 15,700 original confirmed miles and including a prominence such as original dealer handling paperwork from purchase, detailed log book documenting over $12,000 in maintenance / up keep, countless entries of receipts, etc that is going with the camper. If I had to pick at this beauty, I would say the decals are faded just a bit, also you may want an updated stereo, however the original autiovox still works wonderful. This was a california vehicle until about 2004 and was stored inside a garage in conifer Colorado sense and used very little.
Folks this is one fantastic vehicle that will not be available again, don"t miss your opportunity to own a piece of History that you can easily drive around the world at 15 plus miles per gallon and park in the same parking lot anyone else can, what makes these vehicles so great is that they weigh less than 4600 pounds and drive just like your truck or van. Starts easy and runs awesome, drives straight, shifts smooth.
Manual transmission with new clutch.
Ice cold air conditioning and hot heat.
Dual fuel fridge, will run LP or 12v, 120v.
Has toilet with shower.
15700 original miles.
19 gallon fresh water tank.
Stainless range 4 burner plus oven and Jenson stainless hood with vent and light.
Sleeps 4 people, two in the queen up top and two in the bed that drops down in the rear. This camper is ready to take you and your family on many adventures.

Factory installed air conditioning.
I have performed the following maintenance recently:
Bike rack included seen in pictures.
Oil and filter change.
Transmission fluid changed shell 80w 90.
Rear diff fluid chance with royal purple.
New plug wires, ngk plugs, cap and rotor changed.
New thermostat, radiator, radiator cap and coolant. "Note the radiator in the picture was the old one and now has a new one installed".
Passing Colorado emissions test from this October included in the sale.
Chiltons manual included with tarp cover, original pick up manual, and septic hose, cleaner rod with hose attachment.
Past maintenance with receipts:
Roof resealed and all windows professionally resealed.
Brakes have been replaced and bleed.
Toilet replaced and floor rebuilt near shower drain.
New tires all six of them, have been covered and kept out of uv sense new and now have around 600 miles on them.
Rear wheel hubs and bearings replaced.
Both batteries replaced, one is new, one is one year old.
Air condetioning compressor oil drained and replaced, new hose installed, refrigerant recharged and converted to r134a.
New water heater.
Flow jet water pump installed.
Profeshinal undercoating redone, zero to no rust on it or under it.
Black water tank replaced.
Rear shocks replaced, new rear sway bar and bushings.
Lightning audio speakers.
Much much more.
