Right off the bat, this is a 41 year old trailer. I have had it for 11 years. The trailer is all original, same upholstery, curtains drapes, stove, toilet, tub/shower and refrigerator. There is a heater, and duck work, but it does not work. There are new tires,and bearings. This trailer has electric brakes. You need to have an electric break unit in the tow vehicle. You also need a 2 and 5/16th inch ball. The frig gets real cold. It runs on electric or gas. I plugged the trailer 4 days before leaving, Frig was up to temp in 24 hours and stayed close to 10 degrees, for the whole trip, running on propane. There are two 20 pound propane tanks. There is some ceiling damage, by the top bunk. It needs new molding. There are two tables, one has three leafs. The two benches pull out for beds, the other bench at the second table is also a bed. It has an awning, the awning pole by the door needs to be remounted to the trailer. The windows all work, there are two windows in the top bunk. The fresh water holding tank holds 30 gals. There is a gray and black holding tanks. The shower is hand held, or can stay in the holder in the tub wall. All the sinks work. The stove, oven and range hood all work. All lights on electric work when plugged in or on a generator. The 12 volt lights need to be replaces for the new LED lights. The hot water heater also works, needs to be manually lit from the out side of the trailer, heats the water in 15 minutes. There is no AC. The bath room window needs a screw for the top window frame. There is two outside storage units. As I said this is a 41 year old trailer, and is sold as is. It was good for me for the 3 races I went to every year. I would replace the toilet, for a modern one.
