This is a mostly stripped to the stud trailer. We have taken most of the work out of your restoration process. This is travel worthy and has lights that work and need hooked up. You are responsible for pick up. We suggest bracing with cross studs to travel a long distance. The floor has a spot that we think needs replaced. And as you can see in picture some studs clearly need replaced. We replaced the door frame and resealed. It opens and closes great. Windows all work. Three Windows have cracks. The roof does not leak. The front and back of trailer has not been ripped out.we started this project and have had to stop for personal reasons. We purchased this because we have a vintage trailer we love but wanted a double axel. Traveling with a double axel makes a world of difference. Tires are fine. Storage box in back is good. This is going to make someone a great trailer. Not too big and certainly not too small. We have a 17 footer and this one was going to be the extra footage we desire. If you have questions, I"m happy to answer.clearly she needs work but the beginnings of this project is great. I can"t state enough, you are buying as is. I"ve been ebaying for years and I"ve come across some doozies buyers. Don"t be that critical, rip apart customer. This is over 50 years old. It needs work. .you got to have vision.
