1960 Layton vintage canned ham style camper. It has been completely renovated on the interior. All paneling and flooring was removed and new was installed. Completely wired with 110v electrical to power the lights and outlets inside. It has two breakers one for the air conditioning unit and one for the outlets. New cabinets have been painted and sealed with Annie Sloan Chalk paint and it features a working sink. One bed complete with sheets and handmade ruffle comforter. The dinette has two seats with cushions and it also turns into a bed. New tires were installed in 2016. The exterior was painted was well. There is storage space under the bed. It has a clear title. It is very light weight. I used it to take to craft fairs as a focal point to draw customers to my booth. It works! Everyone wants to come look inside. Local pickup.
