This auction is for A VINTAGE 1956 SPARTAN ROYAL MANSION TRAILER. This unit is an all aluminum body. The body is 37 Feet long with an overall length of 40 Feet 2 Inches, with the hitch. The trailer weighs 6250 pounds. This trailer is in overall Fair to Good condition. It has some damage to the roof where a tree limb hit it, (see pics.) The doors need work, and there are several broken windows. There are several storm windows, and screens. Inside, it is pretty much original with wood panels on walls and ceilings. It has the original gas stove, and gas furnace. It is one bedroom. The inside is in fair to good condition for a 61 year old trailer. The tires hold air, but would have to be replaced to travel any distance. I have the original split rim wheels that go with it. I do not have any paper work, or registration. It will be sold with a Bill Of Sale, only. This is a rare find in fair to good condition, and would be a great trailer to restore. Trailer must be picked up in Stamford, New York, which is about 60 miles, Southwest of Albany, New York. Please ask questions before you bid. If you need additional pictures, please ask.
