1950 Spartan Royal Mansion. Beautiful piece of nostalgia.
This trailer has been used as a summer vacation home on Cape Cod for the past 25 years.
Interior: It has all original interior, entire trailer walls, ceiling, cabinets, doors and drawers made out of the original birch paneling.
Kitchen: All cabinets are in good condition, original stove but gas line needs some work, brand new refrigerator, original counter tops and original dining table. Table booths have been reupholstered.
Trailer sleeps 4 people comfortably. At the front of the trailer is a trundle bed with reupholstered cushions, in the back a full size bed with reupholstered cushions surrounding it.
The trailer comes with custom made aluminum blinds and curtains, new window screens and new exterior door handles. 25ft custom awning with legs expands the outdoor living space.
