| “ 1949 Spartan Mansion. Beautiful restoration. Built by "Spartan Aircraft company". An amazing piece of history. It is 33 ft. long. New tires, all electrical good including all vintage running lights. Almost all original! Has original screens for windows in great condition, all original light fixtures including rare adjustable hanging light with weight, all skylight vents original and working, pocket door, all birch wood refurbished and stained, water works great with 20 lb. hot water heater, new plexi glass windows in front. Outside in amazing shape front does have scratches from tree branches. It will need insulation on its underbelly. It has the original Dixie stove which works. no leaks. Pull good and ready to go. Comes with bill of sale only. ” |
