Hi all - we"ve had a great time with our trailer, but our plans have changed unexpectedly so now she"s for sale. This trailer gets so many thumbs up, smiles, and attention - everyone loves it. I have photos of the entire renovation if you"d like to see the whole process - it was to the frame and the aluminum. Inspections are welcome during the auction. It"s about 9K wet, tongue weight should be about 10% of that. It tows quite easily. It"s near Seattle - if you"d like to see it please send me some dates and times you"re available. The toilet is not included - we had a propane toilet and the hookups are there for it, then we switched to Laveo but we"re keeping it. There is 90 gallon of white and grey water - but no black water tanks. It"s registered in Florida as an RV, not a "Park model" etc - no restrictions on using it however you like.
