Nice 1950 Spartan Royal Mansion travel trailer, 33" 7" hitch length, 31" body length, 5200 lbs.Royal Mansion33-50-xxxx31 feet33 feet 7 inches5200 lbs$4550.72Brakes and running lights inoperable, but tows well. Good tires. No title- bill of sale only. Estate find- original owner from N. Arizona. Mostly original interior, some damage, case work is intact and, except for a few doors, in good shape. Floors are sound, with no soft spots detected. Original alliances, function unknown, but original owner was living in it so they probably work. Range needs refurbishing, burners are missing parts and many of the grates are broken. Refer seems in good shape and is intact. Quarter round windows in the master bedroom are intact and the window cranks work well. Sliding windows in the galley and dining room are intact and work well. Curved windows in the front are missing and replaced with sheet metal. Original living room windows have been swapped out for casement style windows and some of the panes are cracked. Located in Bisbee, Arizona, about 2 hours south of Tucson (4 hours from Phoenix). A project, but well worth restoring.
