Vehicle description

Sunbeam 1967 Tiger Mark II, Serial #3 of 536 Mark II Tigers built. Meticulously restored in California by Pebble Beach winning Tiger expert Brad Jenkinson. Completely rust-free original body stripped to bare metal, single stage (correct color code 39) Carnival Red paint cut and buffed to resemble the original lacquer. Anything that looks like a paint flaw in the photos is either a reflection or a spot of dirt. The paint on this car is perfect. Car is accurate down to the smallest detail. Early production Mark II Tigers had body color over the undercoating inside the front wheel wells, so we duplicated this exactly when the car was restored. Rare LAT options and all the original Mark II components, factory hardtop, LAT 70 wheels, LAT 25 hood scoop, 2" exhaust. Original and near perfect interior including wool carpet with natural jute backing. Original "false" trunk floor not shown in photos, but is in excellent condition. Every component is original - numbers matching 289 V-8 engine, carburetor, ignition, radiator & shroud, oil cooler/remote filter, brake servo, alternator, transmission, differential. Every nut and bolt is original to the car. Owner history, original & complete Mark II tool kit, original license plates and registration. VIN and JAL tags have never been removed from the car. Restoration photos, very few miles since restoration, multiple concours (La Jolla, Shelby National Meet, Hilton Head, Pinehurst) winner. Listed in the Book of Norman. Purchased from the second owner, west coast car until 5 years ago. This is not one of the red Mark II Tigers that have gone through the auctions in the last few years. This car was in storage from the mid 1970"s until I purchased it.
If you need additional photos I will be happy to take them. Buyers are welcome to inspect the car in person prior to the close of the auction. I will coordinate pick up with your shipper and can store the car for a reasonable amount of time until the transport arrives. The car is approximately 50 miles from the Port of Baltimore. All international shipping must be coordinated through the buyer.
