1962 Shasta SC -16.This rare model is similar to the Airflyte but it has a separate toilet room. A much enlarged kitchen is also a feature of this model. There is a double bed in front and rear making this model great for a family. Most of the trailer is original with no flaws on the outside with the exception of minor dings on the front from road use. The tires are new, including the spare, and the bearings have been checked and packed. The upholstery is original turquoise vinyl with no tears or flaws. I have installed extra 12v interior lighting including an overhead light, a reading light in the rear bedroom and a porch light outside. Also installed is a new roof vent, icebox (to replace the original refrigerator) a new catalytic heater, powder coated original wings and window gutters, Marmoleum flooring, a new water pump and battery, new original looking hub caps and new curtains. The exterior has new automotive acrylic paint with new Shasta decals. We have only camped in this beautiful trailer only once since we restored her. There are minor items to be completed and there was a leak in the rear window which has been repaired. I would say it is 97% completely restored. It is ready to roll anywhere and give you years of camping enjoyment as well as admiring looks from other campers. I have this title and it is currently licensed. Located in Moab, Utah so you can visit our national parks and red rocks when you come to pick her up.
