| “ Tow ready with rear tail lights. Tail lights are not original and will need to be replaced if concerned with originality. No current leaks and no previous water damage on roof/ceiling. Small area under road side front window with water damage and another area under the back window in which that area has been refaced and covered with new paneling. Exterior door handle is broke but still works and no screen door included, also needs 3 new reflectors in the back. The previous owner misplaced the keys so you may want to install a new lock. One upper cabinet door is not original and the three plastic door sliders above the table were to badly cracked to save, still has slots so new pieces could easily be cut and installed. Was last registered Jan. 2019.....Previously used as hunting camp...Ready to go camping the day its picked up!! ” |

Great little travel trailer!. Original patina that only time can create!. Sealed in with clear coat. Roof was just re-sealed and painted with Aluma-Kote aluminum fiber paint and all windows and joints have been sealed with silicone. Upper and lower sections are ready for primer and paint which I am going to leave for it"s new owner to paint and to decide on color. Interior is mostly all original. Fridge, stove, pressurized water tank that pumps up with bicycle pump, furnace, gas and electric lights including fridge which runs on either propane or electric. Electrical systems work good as well as all gas functions. Used as hunt camp and was last registered Jan 2019. .Ready to use although needs a few simple touches such as a new exterior door handle, still works just broke. Needs new hub caps, The door could use another latch installed at the top and or bottom, which I will have done before auction ends. Would look much better with new original style tail lights and all the running lights needs new bulbs and completely gone over. The Rock guard is missing the pieces that holds it up, we used two boards to hold it up. Has Bathroom although no toilet included and no longer has running water ran to that part of camper. . Multiple pics included!, what you see is what you will receive including the amenities you see inside such as curtains, twin mattress, bedding, wall hangings, cushion covers, etc. . No propane tanks included, does come with tank brackets and regulator for two tanks.
