We have completely reconditioned this trailer. It has been paneled and insulated. We made a layout change by making the front a full size bed with Beautyrest mattress! There is storage underneath, and a 30 gallon pressurized water tank with 12 volt air compressor to maintain pressure. It has a Wave catalytic propane heater which is the safest and most efficient heater you can put in an RV. The trailer also has a newer 110v refrigerator, propane stove, oven, and 110v power for lights. There are lots of outlets also and two LED AA battery touch lights, one at each end of the bed. The Shasta has a bathroom that is set up with a chemical porta-potty, but it is plumbed for an RV toilet. I will supply the original black water tank so you could make that conversion if you choose. We personally like the porta-potty’s so did not change this. It has cold water for the sink and is plumbed to drain to the outside, so no grey water storage and also has shore connection for city water. This system captures the city water pressure so you can go down the road and have water pressure for quite some time. You can then add pressure with an external air hose or the 12V compressor on board. It has two bench seats, new curtains and bedding. It has also been painted with new decals and diamond plate rock guard. The Shasta has all new tires, and the spare is mounted on the back bumper. The hitch is 2” ball, and the running lights are the 7 pin large round connection. The trailer is 16 ft. long, 86 in. wide and 98 in. tall and weighs approximately 1,800 lbs. You are welcome to come see the trailer first, or I can supply many more pictures and a video walk around. The auction sale is final and we can offer delivery for $1.50 per mile one way, and can meet in the middle also. The delivery charge would be added to the deposit amount. We can also be flexible about delivery or pick up that is convenient for you. Final payment would be cash on delivery or when you pick it up.
