Vintage Project Camper Trailer - 1967 Shasta With Bathroom and Title
Located in Vernal, Utah, this little camper needs plenty of loving, but will be a real gem when complete and is well worth salvaging. Selling as-is . It is very much a project but the floor and undercarriage is solid. We have replaced the tires, are having the bearings packed, and installing new safety chains so it"s ready tow to it"s new home! Buying online can be pretty scary and only allows 24 pictures, so I"m going to give you all the information I can, good and bad. I know nobody likes unpleasant surprises. Please feel free to email with further questions, I"m always happy to answer. Thanks for looking!
PROS: Solid Floor Solid Undercarriage Price includes new tires, a bearing pack and new safety chains Original running, tail, and brake lights are working, clearance lights are not. Shasta side emblem still there Original Bargman entrance lock, but no key Tows very well Has bathroom with original toilet. It hasn"t been tested. Original kitchen faucet and sink Original "Shasta" step I took a little chrome polish and spent a couple minutes on the Shasta badge and orange trim. I don"t have the time to polish it up, but this thing is going to clean up nicely!
CONS: Considerable water damage in ceiling and walls and around roof vent. Much of the paneling will need to be replaced and I"d imagine much of the framing too. I haven"t opened up the wall. .Expect the worst and hope for the best! Driver"s side wall (exterior siding) is bulged out a bit Rear hatch is in poor condition and will need to be re-framed and repaired. 3 of the 4 lower exterior corners are crinkled and will need attention The appliances are there, but have not been tested Propane tanks will need to be replaced or re-valved and re-certified Black tank is present and looks ok but none of the plumbing has been tested, so I cannot guarantee it. Cushions are present, but dusty, worn, and dated No Curtains and the front window is broken (previous owner siliconed it)
