This is a 1970 Shasta 1400 camper trailer in mostly original condition. Very well kept and very maintained- ready to roll. No leaks, very clean, and everything works. Sleeps 4. New Maine registration.Within the last year it had about $2600 worth of work done including professional resealing, propane pressure regulator/hoses, new high efficiency fridge, new gas lamp, new tires, new hubcaps, new furnace pilot assembly and cleaning, new power outlet with (2) USB inputs and more. We will include everything you need to get camping including portable toilet, gray waste water tote, water hoses, extension cords, and hookup power adaptors. The interior is all original except for the upgraded Norcold 323 fridge. We elected to keep it original because it was complete, clean and in really nice shape. Could easily be personalized with just some paint and new vinyl flooring. The exterior is very clean with the exception of a crinkle in the front driver side corner from the previous owner. Any sheet metal shop can bend you a replacement middle panel from a sheet of aluminum for pretty cheap. Just unscrew the corner molding, slip the new sheet in, and screw it back together. We just never got around to it.The beauty of these old Shastas is in the simplicity. Great layout, bright and airy, and easy to tow. Can easily tow this one with a light SUV.
