Condition: | Used | Seller notes: | “ASK for MORE photos!This is a total fixer. New tires and I towed it for two hours end it went well. It appears to have been painted and a lot of it has chipped off. The inside is all original but had critters in it and there is still remnants and it needs to be completely redone but still has the original charm but dirty and in TLC condition. The floor feels soft near the door but otherwise it feels pretty good. Paint is peeling everywhere and on the ceiling. The original furnace and refrigerator and oven etc. are still in this but definitely probably don't work. The running lights don't work. The Louvered window above the sink area is missing the top pane. A few of the windows are no longer glass and have been replaced with hard plastic. The list goes on but this has tons of potential. It's adorable it just needs super cleaning and fixes.” |
