Owned by elderly couple. For a older coach, this is in rather impressive condition. Comes with 2 original outside lounge chairs in very nice shape.
If you need a separate living quarters. This is awesome. You can’t build a cabin for anywhere near this price.
Pros:
The awnings have the aluminum cover so they still look new.
Both roof Air Conditioning work, microwave, generator, very good tires, refrigerator, lots of storage and even has total pass through to other side. All window awnings plus main awning. Tires are 85%
Does not leak at all. and registration just paid.
Cons:
Electric steps work sometimes
Probably needs 2 coach battery’s due to age.
Paint is faded
