Vehicle description
This listing is for a 31 foot 1984 Pace Arrow by Fleetwood. IT IS A FIXER UPPER. At this time I do not know a lot about it. We bought this put 2 good tires on the front and put new battery, plug wires, distributor cap, and rotor drove it home. The drive train has just under 32,000 miles on it and it runs great. The generator has just over 300 hours on it and the person we bought it from says it runs but I have not heard it yet. It has a liquid propane setup that works. Both roof top air conditioners, refrigerator, stove, water heater, furnace, and water pump all work. This is all the pics that I have right now because I was not planning on listing it yet. If it doesn"t sell quickly, we are going to start repairs and the price will reflect it.
Here is what I know needs work. It needs the fluids changed. It has an exhaust leak. The brakes work but there is something wrong with them. The temperature control for the driver does not work. The back tires are dry rotted. It does leak around the AC units and vent. The interior needs work (The person that had it before me started and pulled the shelves down. They are laid on the bed.) The door window is a piece of Plexiglas. The generator was disconnected. The person that had it had 120 Volts from his house ran to it.
If you have any question, please feel free to ask. Thanks for looking.
