1992 Fleetwood Pace Arrow Class-A motorhome for sale. Low-mileage engine (gasoline) runs great and so does the generator. 35" long. Interior is very clean and in great condition. No leaks. Big queen size bed in back with his/her nightstands. The bed lifts up with lots of storage underneath plus a safe bolted to the floor. Large pass-through storage compartments beneath the coach. 2 solar panels on the roof charge the alternate battery bank. All appliances work, except the furnace needs some troubleshooting. Just haven"t gotten to it yet and using a space heater in the past has worked fine for me. Big fridge/freezer, 4-burner stove, double sink, oven, microwave, tons of cabinets, electric hot water heater. Pull-out sleeper couch and fold-down dinette. The interior is very clean and in great condition - the carpets and upholstery were recently steam cleaned. The outside is a little sun-faded, but considering it"s a "92, it"s doing pretty good. Roof recently sealed.
Plug it in and the RV is live-in ready. Super spacious home on wheels, perfect for someone looking for a "tiny" home.
Some fixes: One corner of the rear bumper is banged and the passenger side windshield has a crack (see photos). Driver"s side glass is fine so it"s legal to drive. The digital odometer stopped lighting up just before it hit 30k miles. I have only driven it ~200 miles in the 3 years since. This RV was my dad"s before he passed away in 2013 and I"ve held onto it for sentimental reasons, but I just don"t drive it enough to justify keeping it. I would like to see it go to a good home with people who will enjoy using it.
