We are selling our stunning Newmar BayStar Class A. You will not find a more quality built low mile (6971 not a misprint!) loaded with options, safety and performance addons. Garaged nearly its entire life so the full body paint is gorgeous. Inside shows as new condition. The couch and captain"s chairs were just replaced only due to the common rv fabric failure. Most lights have been converted to LED lighting. Inside you will find three Sony TVs, 2 DVD players, Sony surround sound system. The original mattress is long gone replaced with a gel filled mattress. This rv also has traveling Direct TV Satellite. Water heater and refrigerator are both gas and electric. There is tons of storage. Auto Leveling makes for simple setup. Fans are adjustable toward the seats. AC is ice cold and has a new Dometic Thermostat. Moving outside you will find slam type storage doors. It has the optional Awning that covers the center windows. When opening the center door you will find a 4th TV which is wired to satellite, DVD and local antenna. Tires are Michelin and have 3k miles on them. House batteries are new. Engine and generator have had recent oil changes. There is lighting underneath controlled by a remote control. Suspension was modified from stock to reduce sway. Additionally, it has Bilstein shocks and a SAFE-T-PLUS steering stabilizer! Also, if you are unfamiliar with 5-Star Tuning then look it up. It was expensive but I wanted to get improved mileage and performance over the stock setup. Moving to the Generator, it has only 85 total hours and was tuned up this past year. Also, I had the entire roof resealed as preventative maintenance. You will find a ladder on the rear to access the roof easily. The Awning is large, powered and even has a remote to activate. Another safety feature is the awning has a wind monitor that can be programmed and will close the awning in bad wind conditions. We have maintained our RV thinking we would keep it a long time but have decided to buy a resort Condo so that is the reason for selling. Don"t hesitate to ask any questions.
