Vehicle description

I"m neither greedy nor needing to sell. . Simply looking to sell at a price close to wholesale. Reason: I"m getting ready to buy another from a private seller (and he won"t consider trades).
I have looked at trading this one for a new (or almost new) Newmar King Aire or Essex. Depending on what I"m looking at, dealers have thrown out trade values between 130,000 and 162,000. You don"t have to do better than this, and you can probably offer a little less, no offers will be automatically rejected! Get some numbers in front of me for consideration! !
And now on to the important stuff. . Vehicle condition: Previous owner and myself have always stored it in heated garages
Front Tires are about 2 years old, Continentals Remaining 6 tires are newer than that, they are a high end Michelin model Mileage on all tires is less than 15,000
Windshield is good, has had 3 small chips repaired, one of which is visible but not in anyone"s line of sight Overall condition is good to excellent. Exterior: Might need to buff a scrape or two, or even do a little touch up paint, it rubbed up against a tree limb above the drivers side rear slide I can"t tell you the exterior color, I think it"s the Bronzed Patino or Brilliant Silver, they kinda look the same in the brochure Options: All electric model with extra batteries, DOES NOT HAVE HEATED FLOORS, has new Magnum inverter and 2 year old lead acid batteries, I added TPMS as well as one of those new macerating pumps, has a residential fridge, interior TV"s are upgraded to be fully HD capable, the exterior TV is still the original HD Ready style, Has the bench style dinette with the oval electric adjust table, stacked washer/dryer, new Pioneer dash stereo with NAV, rear and sideview cameras, central vac, CB radio, I think it has the ultra leather sofas? ?, quiet series 12.5kW generator. porcelain floors, sliding trays in storage compartments (not powered) We bought it in September of 2017. The inverter and batteries went in the day before we picked it up. Because the weather was 60ish that first day, I didn"t notice the one bad AC unit. I replaced it in the spring of 2018. The other AC units are original and work fine in cool or heat modes and were serviced in July
Appliances are all excellent, and clean Batteries are full and work well, tested, cleaned, and serviced in July
Aqua-Hot system was serviced in July as well
Cabinets and countertops are excellent and clean There"s no evidence of there ever having been a roof leak, but it might be time to reseal the roof Chassis is pretty clean and has little if any rust. No fluid leaks anywhere. Steering ball joints are less than 1 year old.
Cockpit is good, one blemish is the leather on the driver"s seat is starting to show wear Audio Video components are all good, I think the audio stuff is all original, but we have never used them Engine compartment looks great, engine got a new EGR Valve and thermostat last year, oil is 3000 miles and 7 months old Slide outs work well, seals on them are good Here"s the biggest flaw… All three tank sensors stopped working after a short circuit in the ePlex wiring behind the panel in the water/service bay. The short circuit started after I had the tank rinse valves replaced. It turned into a major ePlex issue because it took out the master clock module. I have replaced the master clock module (July of 2018). It is an updated version and works perfectly, and has short circuit protection! I also replaced two modules that reside up there next to the clock and all the temperature sensors on the ePlex. All work perfectly. I did not replace the tank sensors because of price, $1500 each. Instead, I installed a SeeLevel system. I don"t believe a next owner would have need to worry about the ePlex on this machine. They seem to last 10 years and most of mine is now good for 10 more ;-) For those of you not familiar with ePlex, it is only serviced by Newmar and a company called Nauti-Tech (parts available online at Nautimart). Tech support from Newmar is marginal, Nauti-Tech is better. There are work-arounds for generator, inverter, HVAC, and other issues. For example, a Dometic 5-button thermostat can be substituted in to control the AC, and a Magnum remote can do the same for the inverter/charger.
I"ll take a bunch of pictures on Wednesday and can bombard you with them if you request it.
