Vehicle description

! 1971 Cessna 150 !
You are bidding on a smooth flying 1971 Cessna 150. This well maintained 150L has only 951 hours since the last major overhaul, and just 4456 hours total time on the airframe. Lots of life left in this great commuter or trainer!
The plane is being sold with a fresh annual. She is a nice, reliable, economical flyer.
The plane has the typical gauges and radio you"d expect in a plane like this. In addition to the usual gear, it has a fuel totalizer, which is nice. There is also an oil pressure beacon that puts a green light right in your line of site for the oil pressure.
The plane will come with chocks, a cover, and some other miscellaneous accessories.
Interior is in decent shape. It had been replaced in the past.
Exterior is probably a 5/10. Some paint is starting to look matte, and there is some flaking in various areas. Certain areas are still shiny, others are not.
I"m selling the plane because its time for me to upgrade. Logs are complete since the early 80"s. The first log book was lost. Anything that would have come up since the 80"s already has, however.
Plane is located at IJD in CT. Here is the most important part: I"m not a mechanic. I suggest you get a pre-purchase inspection prior to bidding. I can connect you with mechanics on the field if you"d like to arrange something with them.
Once you"ve won the auction, you own the plane. Winning the auction does not mean "Ok, now I"ll get it inspected and maybe buy it."
! Thanks for Looking !
