Its a Modern Glass Panel Equipped, fun, inexpensive and newer Cessna airplane at the price of a 50 year old model.
Aircraft has no damage history and is in very good condition.
Very thorough Annual by Cessna Flight School Service Facility March 2019 at a cost of Nearly $5K. .
Inspected by FAA DAR for ELSA Conversion. This counts as an annual condition inspection.
Next Annual Condition Inspection Not Due Until September 1st 2020. .
Transponder Certification Completed April 2019
No ADSB but you can buy a unit complete for $1399 and install it yourself. .Or have your A&P do it. .
Total hours Airframe and Prop 1900. Times are approximate since the plane is flown weekly.
Continental O200 100hp Engine. .Total hours 700 Since New. The engine was warranty replaced in 2014 by the manufacturer. A new logbook was issued at that time. Engine was replaced due a crack in the engine case. NO PROP STRIKE. Has original prop.
I have all of the logbooks and available to SERIOUS Buyers for preview. .
I have spent many, many hours refurbishing the paint and interior. .
