Up for auction is a 1976 Cessna 182P Skylane. Aircraft will sell to the highest bidder, this is a NO reserve auction. Aircraft had a steel beam fall on it. A more detailed description about the damage will be below. Aircraft has been sitting for approximately 26 years and is out of annual.

S/N of aircraft is 18264641 Registration number is N9010M Total time on this airframe is 719.9 Hours Sale Includes: Airworthiness Bill of Sale Airframe, Engine and Propeller Logbooks since new Aircraft has data tag Pilots operating handbook I do have all parts for this plane even though some parts aren"t pictured (such as wheel pants, interior panels, spinner dome)
Engine: Continental O-470-S S/N of engine is 463909 Engine Total Time: 719.9 Last recorded compressions were #1 68/80 #2 70/80 #3 74/80 #4 70/80 #5 73/80 #6 73/80 Engine was preserved! Brackett Air Filter Propeller: McCauley 2A34C203/90DCA-8 S/N 760001 719.9 Hours Total Time I do have the propeller spinner even though it is not pictured in the listing Avionics:
Narco MK12D"s have replaced the original Nav/Comm"s Insight GEM-602 Graphic Engine Monitor
Damage: A steel beam fell on the top of the airplane. From what I can tell it damaged two skins, a fuselage bulkhead, and five stringers. There is also a scratch/gouge in the forward RH fuselage skin, this can be filled and painted no problem. Estimated repair costs for the damage is around $10-15,000.00. Also I want to make a disclaimer, we did find mouse droppings and there is a smell of mice. We will deodorize it but you will want to clean the inside of the plane. We have looked and found no mice nests or spots of corrosion from the mice.
