This aircraft is located at Atlantic Aviation in St Augistine, Florida. the TTAF is 10,206.7 hrs. as you can see the avionics are ARC RT-385 Nav/coms. this plane is instrument certified. with a little bit of work someone can have a real nice aircraft. if you have any questions please call me @ Dan On Mar-22-18 at 16:38:35 PDT, seller added the following information: I also forgot to mention that All logs are complete since 1980. there all there. also the annual was done in Sept 2017. so you have until October 1st 2018 before she turns into a pumpkin. On Mar-22-18 at 16:47:40 PDT, seller added the following information: I also want to mention to all you would be A & P"s out there. remember this is a Lycoming engine, not a Continental. this engine does "NOT" have to have the case split and crank x-rayed, etc. the crank was dialed out to be found in fine order. (.001) now under Lycoming MSB 475C, all that is required for a "prop strike" inspection is remove the rear accessory case and remove the rear crank gear and replace the "dowel" pin. it"s a 3-4hr labor job. If you"re a jam up A & P. so, please no comments or what you "think" you know from your dads mechanic. look it up under FAA AD 2004-10-14 before you start typing your keyboard to my listing. I don"t like to play BS games. Thx, Dan relisting because buyers did not follow through with sale,
