Two projects for one bid: 1966 C150G last flown 2009; 5046.1 TT, 1321.2 SMOH Current registration and airworthiness however acft will need significant work/parts replaced to make airworthy. This was a great flying airplane until I removed the exhaust to use on another C150 that was being Annualed as part of a sale. This C150 was neglected due to other priorities associated with developing an airport and owning several other airplanes. When I finally reinstalled new exhaust pipes last year I discovered water had seeped into fuel tanks through the fill caps and migrated to the carb. I have another carb to install and probably have most needed parts from another project to repair but have no time to work on this airplane. Also suspect corrosion in wings due to bird and wasp nesting while this C150 has been tied down outside. Motor spins freely and cranks with starter but have not installed carb to start. Tires are bad (one main leaks slowly and rubber is weathered on all three) and paint is rated 1/10. Good papers but THIS IS BEING SOLD AS A PROJECT AIRPLANE. Could be a good project for right person, engine core is worth starting bid. MK12D radio and KT76A transponder shown in pictures are not included but can be purchased separately. Also included is a 1973 C150L fuselage and parts. This was a Rebuild project after flipping on its back. Repairs were well underway when project was put in long term storage. No engine, prop, or instruments. Seats & headliner included but need new plastic interior trim pieces. Nose gear was sold a few years ago. Includes wing jigs for rebuilding wings, three wings - repairs started one with new skin, replacement vertical and old damaged one, rebuilt aileron, three flaps, and other misc parts. NO REGISTRATION OR OTHER PAPERS so this is being sold for parts only. Selling Airport so all projects must go, see my other listings. No Reserve Aircraft sold as-is where is. No warranty is available. I can work with Buyer to assist in loading for transport and short term storage can be provided with full auction payment.
