Vehicle description

For your consideration is a 1962 Cessna 210B. This aircraft suffered a gear-up landing. There are no issues with the landing gear. The pilot just plain forgot to lower the gear. The general overall condition of N9642X is very good. There are a total of 5 gear doors that will need yo be replaced and some sheet metal work on the belly skins. The engine is a continental factory re manufactured engine with 1065 SMOH performed by Continental. The air frame has a remarkable total time of only 2073 hrs since new. If you require assistance with obtaining parts to repair I have most of the parts. Here is a list of the equipment:
NAV/COM Garmin ENS430 WAAS NAV/COM King KX170B King KN80A Narco AT 150 Transponder Lorance MFD S-TEC 30 Auto Pilot Slaved to GNS 430 King KMA 24 Audio Panel Continental I0-470-S TTSOH 1065 hrs (Prop Strike Inspection Required)
Aircraft is located inside hanger at Ellington, TX (KEFO) Near Houston The interior is a cloth/leather in very nice shape. Most likely redone in the early 90"s. I would rate a solid 8 on a scale of 1 to 10. No rips tares or fading - just a little dated. The rest of this aircraft as far as the paint is a solid 7 on a scale of 1 to 10. Still has a nice shine with little or no paint missing. Please call for any questions regarding information on repair costs and parts. I estimate the cost of parts including (all being used) serviceable is $6,500. The sheet metal work will require a good a/p to preform this work. There are a few on the field that will be glad to take on this project. If there was no damage to this plane this would usually sell in the neighborhood for $75-$80k. It should not cost anything over $17,500 to repair. I personally own 6 air crafts and would not be able to start repairs for another 6 months to a year so I decided to sell. A deposit of $2,500 is required to secure the sale at end of auction. Money wire transfer or checks. Call 515-991-2250 for any questions.
