This 1962 Cessna 150 is being flown weekly! Continental O-200 Engine 2600 Hrs since major overhaul but 500 on top overhaul. Flown 300 Hrs this year. Compression"s are all in the lower 70s. Great time builder for someone. Flies great! The propeller is a climb prop! Aircraft climbs better than any 150 I have ever flown. No corrosion issues. Annual Due In November. I have a mechanic that can do it. The MX170 Radio will NOT be included. I will install the working KX 170B back in the aircraft at the time of sale. Everything including all instruments are in good working order. Aircraft has always been kept in a hangar until recently. Paint decent interior is very nice! I am selling to buy an Ercoupe!
