760 hours on engine SMOH. Less than 50 hours since all four cylinders new or overhauled. 5600 hours TTAF.
Annual inspection January 2017.
New cylinders are just now considered broken-in. Compression check July 2017: #1. 76, #2. 75, #3. 74, #4. 76
I bought this plane for my two sons to use to learn how to fly.
They flew it for 160 hours and both have completed their training.
Three cylinders overhauled (12 hours since overhaul), one new (50 hours since installed). One new magneto, one overhauled (50 hours ago).
Complete overhaul of the brake system.
Push-to-talk switches on both yokes.
Intercom system.
New ELT 2015.
All wiring, electrical and avionics, checked and updated.
Autogas STC. Engine cowling STC (makes it like a 152). Spin-On Oil filter STC. Mixture Control STC (upgrades the mixture control)
New voltage regulator. Heavy duty alternator.
The plane was IFR certified. I did not have the certification renewed since I am not using it for IFR training currently.
All digital avionics. Dual NAV/COMs. DME. ADF with digital tuning and block timer. Avionics control panel.
Dual VOR, VOR/ILS. Marker Beacons.
COM antennas overhauled.
Upgraded rotating beacon.
Flap position indicator system overhauled.
Oil temperature system overhauled(everything is new except the gage)
Seats are in good shape. The rear window is starting to cloud. Last painted in 1990. Paint is thinning.
Wheel pants.
The airplane has been completely treated to prevent corrosion.
No hail damage.
