Vehicle description
You are bidding on a 1963 Cessna Skylane 182 . This aircraft suffered a small accident when it struck a fence post after landing. All the air worthy damage lies at the horizontal stabilizer. For the most part a serviceable horizontal will suffice. There is a small amount of buckling at the last two rear bulkheads on the left side. The remainder left wheel pant and nose cowling is only filler and spray paint. Here are the current specs on N3649U .
TTAF = 3,398 Hrs TTSFRE = 950 Hrs TTPOH = 1,720 Hrs
The engine is a Continental I0-470-R . The paint is very nice. Rating at a solid 8. The interior is older but decent at a solid 7. All avionics are in working order with the list of equipment.

Annual was just completed on 6-18-17 so all is goo to fly when repairs are complete.
Lastly, I do not accept PayPal. There will be a $2,500 deposit due at end of auction. There can be arrangements made to repair on site if you want to go that route. This 182 is currently in a private hanger. Whit a little obit of work you can have a real nice Skylane. These 182"s and current condition normally sell for the mid $55,000. If you have to hire an AP it will most likely cost $3,500 in labor along with used parts. A horizontal stab normally sells for $1,000 - $1,500
