Its a Modern Glass Panel Equipped, fun, inexpensive and newer Cessna airplane at the price of a 50 year old model.
Aircraft has no damage history and is in very good condition.
Very thorough Annual by Cessna Flight School Service Facility March 2019 at a cost of Nearly $5K. .
Next Annual Not Due Until APRIL 1st 2020. .
Total hours Airframe and Prop 1900. Times are approximate since the plane is flown weekly.
Total hours Engine 700 Since New. The engine was warranty replaced in 2014 by the manufactuer. A new logbook was issued at that time. I have no info for reason the factory replaced the engine. NO PROP STRIKE. Has original prop.
I have all of the logbooks scanned and available to SERIOUS Buyers for preview. .
Times are going up as it is being flown weekly.
Has Dual Garmin G37x Glass Panels, Garmin SL40 Comm and GTX327 Transponder.
Comes with Synthetic Vision and Safe Taxi.
No ADSB.
Only known issues are the Stall Horn stopped working and Magnetometer works intermittently. . Both should be a relatively easy repair. .
I just replaced the Magnetometer with a rebuild one last year. .Its most likely a software update or unit is bad. .Unit cost about $700. .Stall horn is very basic plastic horn that most likely got disconnected when the fuel lines were replaced. .
Can be converted to Experimental LSA so owner can do maintenance and repairs.
Plane has been in Florida its entire life. Was used in a flight school. Well maintained.
