I am Re-listing because the person that "clicked" on Buy it Now NEVER SEND A DEPOSIT He just sent a couple of texts with excuses. I have no idea why. When I purchase an airplane I want it today! I have flown it only one time after the Annual Inspection out of respect for the "Buyer" (fake)
Just out of Annual Inspection ($2,440 + 2 Brand NEW cylinders @ $990 each) = $4,440. See pictures. Total Time approx. 7,000 hr and TSMO approx 1,280 hr. High compression on all cylinders. (that is why I chose to replace two of the cylinders). Avionics: KX155 with Glideslope and GS indicator, Two place intercom, Audio Panel, second digital NavComm MX 170B is inop. The left side of the instrument panel shows with some damage but it was repaired. Seats were re-upholstered 2 weeks ago($350). See one of the New cylinder assemblies in the pictures
Paint is in good condition and shines when polished, tires are almost new. 2 weeks before the Annual inspection the Carburetor was replaced with an overhauled one. ($1,200) This 150 is in very nice shape. Ideal for accumulating hours or for training. Easily will give you 1,000 hours of very strong hours.
