This is a 1958 Cessna 310 B … the airplane is located at Chorman Airport in Greenwood, De (D74) … the owners live in Florida and need to sell the airplane … I am assisting in selling the airplane so any questions you may have please reach out to me – all the sale paperwork will need to be done with the owners; I’ll help all I can … this airplane may be sold outside of as it is a first come first gets … TTA – 3879; Engine time SMOH – Lt 1735 and Rt 15 on a Mattituck overhaul; props are 840 SMOH (both) … currently the airplane is out of annual – last annual was completed 20 July 2016 … prior to the annual the left engine had a new Slick Kit installed (mags, harness, lugs) … during the 2016 annual the Rt engine was replaced with the Mattituck engine; a new Slick Kit was installed … both engine exhaust systems were overhauled by Dawley … rt engine prop governor was overhauled … lt engine fuel pump was overhauled … all oil fuel hoses replaced in both engine bays … all engine mounts were replaced … Both engines had F&M oil filters installed … the airplane has VGs installed … pilot and co-pilot BAS seat belts and shoulders harnesses were installed … The annual was started in 2018 at which time the left and right main tank fuel pumps were replaced overhauled …
