Hi Folks! Happy Fall! ! Up for Bid/"Buy it Now" today is a great 1976 172M One of the best years! 3509TT, 1397 SMOH (O320-E2D). Avionics- King KMA20 Audio panel w/3LMB, Dual King KX170B"s, one running a KI209 Glideslope indicator, the other running a KI201 Localizer, KR 86 ADF, KT 76 Transponder w/encoder, Sigtronics SPA400 Intercom w dual PTT, Compressions were excellent, the comps pictured were cold due to it pouring rain so figure a few psi better when hot(Comp gauge is 2 psi off, hence why input pressure is 78 and not 80). Paint and Interior are original. Paint will clean up to look respectable. Interior is original and in decent shape for its age. Front seats, rear seats, side panels all fair, plastic is in good shape, Windshield and rear window are excellent, side glass is a bit hazy. Carpet is faded. Previous long term owner(30 years) Full logs and records. Has had excellent maintenance. Being sold with fresh annual, in for annual now (as seen in pictures). Getting new battery, tires and tubes, oil & filter, air filter, instrument filters, etc! Spinner and wheel pants off in pictures but included. Radios all work. Very clean airframe, no corrosion.
