Vehicle description
1962 Airstream Sovereign 30 Foot; beautifully restored and reconditioned with modern interior. Professionally restored by Woodland Travel Center (Airstream Dealer - Grand Rapids, Michigan; Repair Order #4306 for reference). Renovation started Jan 2012, and completed early 2013. Since then, only used less than 10 weekend trips. Always stored indoors.
Interior entirely stripped, underbelly removed and frame rebuilt, floor rebuilt, rewire unit including LED lighting and floor lighting throughout and interior kitchen cabinet lighting, replumbed unit including ceramic toilet with stall shower, all new interior stainless walls, all new stainless appliances (Fridge/Stove/Micro), new furnace, new HWH, and new combo A/C and Heat Pump. Corian countertops throughout, and custom lounge at front. Ice make behind resized 1962 original fridge door, 9 bottle wine fridge, polk stereo CD/DVD/Blutooth/USB, 3 flat screen TVs (one above each bed and one in main living). Commercial solid color vinyl flooring recommended by dealer. New Zipdee awnings including rear and side windows. 2 new stainless propane tanks.
All work certificates/receipts available for proof of work completed. No expense was spared on this renovation.
Exterior re-polished Summer 2018. Copy of original 1961 ownership/registration available (State of Indiana).
