1987 Airstream Sovereign 25 foot trailer
Newly remodeled and move in ready! Eco-friendly, lightweight, and off-grid living upgrades.
All systems have been tested and are fully operational. This vintage trailer has been beautifully remodeled and has everything you need to use as a tiny home or for off-grid camping adventures. Tows like a dream!
Includes: Newly installed cork flooring Brand new state of the art 5 burner cooktop 250 watt solar system with 2000watt AC inverter and 420Ah battery bank Brand new, unused Nature"s Head composting toilet Two 12V in/out ceiling vent fans with thermostat (Fantastic fan and Maxxair fan) New speakers and sound system Upgraded LED lighting fixtures New plumbing (PEX) and fixtures in kitchen, bathroom and shower New copper sinks and new faucets in kitchen and bathroom New kitchen counter, and cabinetry with stainless steel sliding shelves Newly installed mosaic tile kitchen backsplash Propane/electric convertible refrigerator/freezer Newly built queen sized bed platform with added storage space Original shade awning in great condition Original furnace and hot water heater in great condition Shore power connections and city water intake Fresh and waste water holding tanks in great condition (black tank is sealed, but able to be used as additional grey water storage) Power tongue. Newly installed queen bed platform, bathroom walls and sliding door were finished with hemp and rosewood oils to ensure a non-toxic environment. All painted walls were done with zero VOC paint.
There are still minor renovations that can be done to finish off and personalize the space, especially in the front living room, but the unit is move-in ready and all systems are fully functional.
There is a minor dent on the rear corner, but otherwise the exterior is in excellent condition. The entire trailer has been freshly caulked and sealed to ensure there are no leaks. No rust or damage to the underbelly. We removed the air conditioner as we planned on relying on solar power, but another, more efficient unit could easily be installed and the solar system can also be easily expanded as well.
