1997 Shasta 30’ fifth wheel camper. Everything works as it should. Camper has been well cared for and is in very good condition for a ‘97. Camper was last used in September of last year and has not been used since, time for a new owner to enjoy. I winterized it last September and I look through the inside every week to make sure there are no rodents trying to live in it. Floors need swept and vacuumed from me walking through it every week and I will do that before it leaves my possession. As seen in the photos there are a few places on the ceiling where the covering is lifting at the seams from heat over the years but is not an issue other than cosmetic. There are no water leaks anywhere which is one of the benefits of it not having any sliders. The only other thing I feel needs mentioned is the linoleum on the bathroom floor is lifting around the edges, nothing a small piece of trim or tacks or staples won’t correct. No tears, rips or stains in any of the furniture, carpet or linoleum.
