Vehicle description
Very hard to find 1993 21" Airstream Sovereign, with a GREAT layout and floor-space. The interior is beautiful with a lot of updates. The 21 footer is the smallest Airstream that has double axles and thus has the same size tanks as the bigger Airstreams (50 gallon fresh, 35 gallon grey, 23 gallon black) so it makes a great choice for easy towing and parking, but would be great for boondocking as well. Factory dry weight is only 3900 pounds, has a carrying capacity of 1600 pounds (including options, personal cargo and fluids), a hitch weight of 550 pounds (w/o options) and a GVWR of 5500 pounds. Exterior has the typical 90"s clear-coat peeling, and some minor hail dings mostly limited to the upper areas of the door-side, but they don"t draw the eye, and if it was stripped and polished, this little coach would be AWESOME because it"s such a great size, and to have the dual axles is a big plus in my opinion. It has the factory front "wingtip" windows with rock guard, rear B.A.L. Jacks, and an under-mounted spare tire bracket with spare. This is true Airstream quality, when they used real wood and oak cabinetry. Take a look at the interior, and you"ll see what I mean.
Some updates/upgrades include: Pergo laminate flooring in the main living/kitchen areas, tile in the bathroom/bedroom areas, TV w/built-in DVD, AM/FM/CD stereo both w/remotes, tank and battery monitoring systems. Refrigerator replaced in 2005 with the Dometic RM-2620, nice big fridge. Dual basin SS sink, 4-burner cook-top w/oven. His and hers lighted/mirrored closets. Upgraded Coleman Mach 3 Plus 13,500 BTU AC w/heat strip- it cools down FAST and gets COLD even in AZ heat. Custom oak/twig TV/storage cabinet. Both Zip-Dee awnings were installed around 2007 and have hardly been used since. Thetford Aqua Magic toilet rebuilt. Fantastic fan added, as well as a digital battery monitor up front. New tires, new Interstate Deep Cycle batteries, and new electric jack installed last month. Sleeps 4 with the rear corner double-bed (76" x 46") and the sofa also folds to a bed. Please look at all of the pictures, they describe it better than I can. With a little TLC and polish, this would be a REALLY cool rig, or use it as-is and strip the clear-coat etc when you have the time. Looks like most of the original manuals for the Airstream are with it, also have available receipts for a lot of the work that has been done.
Please feel free to contact me any time at (Heather Anderson) if you have questions or would like to set up a time to come see the Airstream. I am located in Tucson, AZ not far off of I-10, easy to find, so come take a look! If you happen to be in the market for an AMAZING Vintage Mercedes, or a newer/smaller Airstream please click on the "Seller"s other items" link at the top right of this page, and check out my 1964 Mercedes 220SE Moonroof coupe also listed now or my 2005 16" Airstream.
I am a licensed/bonded AZ auto dealer. . NOT by choice, but because here in the great state of AZ if you buy/sell more than 3 vehicles (of any kind) in any 12 month period, you have to get a license. I am in real estate, but also a classic car and Airstream nut, I also have a ranch, horses, trailers, etc. . let"s just say I bought and sold a few too many for the state"s liking, and due to the fact that they need revenue desperately- they decided to fine me when I sold a few more that what I"m "allowed", long story short- I jumped through all of their hoops and got my license several years ago.
Full payment is due within 7 days of the auction"s end , and the coach must be picked up within 15 days of payment (unless other arrangements have been made). Certified funds, cash in person or bank wire-transfer only. Payments MUST clear before the RV leaves my sight. There are no "title fees" or "doc fees" like the typical dealers have because as far as I can tell, that"s just a way to get an extra couple hundred dollars from someone, here in AZ it costs me $15.00 to get a temporary registration so that a buyer can drive home legally and $4.00 for a title, I think I can handle that. Please check my feedback, you"ll see that I don"t sell very many vehicles- but I do have 100% positive feedback on what I have sold over the years. I do NOT go to auctions and buy cars to sell, anything that I have sold or will sell either belonged to me or someone that I know or is a "consignment" type of sale. I have never liked most car dealers and am not all that thrilled to be "one of them".
* * This is a USED RV and is being sold as-is/where-is with no warranty expressed or implied . This Airstream is in great condition FOR its AGE, but please be realistic- it is NOT a "brand new" coach - it"s 26 years old to be exact and will need some TLC here and there. If you"re not up for that, I can recommend several wonderful Airstream dealers that will sell you a brand new one for 50k-150k and you won"t have to lift a finger except to hook it up ; ) If you can"t make it here to see it in person, please call me and I can walk around it and point out any little flaws that I notice, or things that may bother someone. Again, please call me with any questions or to come see it: 520- 404-1975 . I would welcome and recommend that you come see it or have a 3rd party inspection. I will make it available throughout the auction for any and all inspections, just call and we"ll set up a time. Please understand that the description is only my opinion, yours may be different, I have done my best to take many pictures and describe the RV to the best of my ability. Just remember, we all tend to look better in pictures than in person- that"s just the way it is . You agree that any claim or dispute you may have against Ever After Ranch Motors LLC must be resolved exclusively by a state or federal court located in Pima County, Arizona, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Pima County, Arizona for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes. * * I reserve the right to end this listing at any time for any reason as the coach may be listed for sale locally as well. * * Payment methods accepted must be in the form of Certified funds, bank wire-transfer, or cash in person. Due to concerns of fraud, if you"re paying via cashier"s check, it must clear my account before the RV/title leaves my sight. I require a deposit of $500 via Paypal within 24 hours of winning the bid; I also require CONTACT with the buyer within 24 hours of winning the auction, just send me an email or give me a call so that I know who you are, etc. If there is no contact and no deposit, I reserve the right to sell the coach to the next bidder. All customers who take delivery in Arizona will receive a receipt showing taxes paid in Arizona to avoid being double charged by their home state.
