Custom Made Awning-Vintage look, comes with poles and ropes as well. Camco RV Awning Mat, Green (NEW - NEVER USED) - can be seen in pictures, but this is a new replacement one. Broan-NuTone 6201 Big Heat Heater - Ceramic space heater designed for camper, very small and portable. Trailer has a heat pump heater but if temp drops below 40 degrees (all are designed this way) doesn’t heat. You switch to the space heater. Additional Items: Sewer hose kits, leveling pads, wheel chocks, battery recently replaced.
Disclosure: The laminate is peeling up. Replacing would be expensive. But painting would not. Did not get to this project. But researched and purchased the cabinet paint (Nuvo Celadon Cove Cabinet Paint Kit - which we’re including). Sections have been removed (very easily pulls off leaving good surface for paint). Also, this could be done at any time down the road, it is not an issue that prevents immediate use.
