2008 Layton Limited M311 travel trailer. Approximately 35 foot including tongue. Actual camper is approximately 32 foot. Sleeps 12. 12 adults would be tight quarters. It has a queen master suite. Lazy Susan mirror/tv. 2 slide outs. One slide is for the bunkhouse. The bunkhouse has a heightened bed with lots of storage/entertainment area underneath. Then it is a bunk bed with a slide out trindle bed as well. So the bunkhouse has 4 twin beds. The main entertainment area is where the other slide is located. It has a table that converts to a bed and also a couch that converts to a bed. The kitchen has a sink, am/fm/cd (speakers outside and throughout camper), refridgerator, microwave, open top range. The camper can be run on electric hook up and other amenities on Propane tanks. It has a hook up for outdoor shower. NO hot water heater. Skylight in the bunkhouse has been repaired and probably could be replaced. The awning is still attached but after a torrential rain, one area where it is achored by 2 screws has stripped and needs repair. Local pick up only or buyer arranges and pays for the shipping. Can send more pictures if necessary. We can show it anytime between 8 am - 6 pm with no notice. After 6 pm will require an appointment.
Look at last picture, it is the spec sheet. I may have missed a few options. Selling on the low end of retail after taking into consideration the few minor repairs that may be needed. Beautiful camper. We just do not have time to enjoy it.
