Up for auction is a 2005 Fleetwood Pace Arrow 38" motorhome.I purchased this from the estate of the original owners.This is a LOADED top of the line coach with only 53,665.Has all the bells and whistles you would expect on a unit with an MSRP of $142,000.Runs and drives well,shifts smoothly and has no roof leaks.Interior is clean and features a full size slide out bedroom with cedar lined closets,a desk and 2nd tv.Has a ton of storage.Nice and clean unit.I am not a camper and have not taken it out,I was told by the previous owners grandson that everything worked when it was parked. ? New front tires,brake lines and carb rebuilt on generator in 2018.Known issues-has a battery gremlin and needs to be kept on a battery tender,passenger windshield is cracked,#2 roof AC unit stopped blowing and there is a drip leak on the tank line from the cap when you add gas(gas tank does not leak).
