I am selling a 2004 Fleetwood Pace Arrow on the Chevy 8.1 liter Work horse chassis. It has about 53,000 miles on it as it will vary as I use it still. But once it hits it"s reserve I WILL NOT USE it no more. I am selling this coach to up grade to a larger unit. It runs great and drives great with plenty of power. It has a fresh tuneup oil change and new batteries for the house and newer chassis battery. Tires were replaced by the previous owner and I have had it about 8 months. I have been to New York with it Atlanta Georgia and to Myrtle Beach with it with no complications at all. It is a 5 star full timer according RV reviewers. It has 3 large slides that work great. No leaks ever on this unit. Cedar lined closet in the rear. Hardwood floors throughout the coach. Larger stand up shower all the close counter tops come with it. Day night shades with all the roof vents with rain censors. 2 AC units central duct and plenty of lighting. 3 way double door fridge with ice maker 10 gal hot water tank. Drivers access door. LCD tv with power inverter so you can drive and your passengers can watch TV or play video games. Sleeps 6 and you still have room for your kids friends to bring an air mattress not that, that has ever been done before lol. Trailer hitch on the rear plenty of outside storage.
