2004 Keystone Montana 3670RL, This unit comes with stabilizer jacks, awning, 3 burner stove, oven,, cd player and too many more to list. REAR LIVING FLOOR PLAN, MANUAL AWNING, ENCLOSED UNDERBELLY, SPARE TIRE, DETACHABLE POWER CORD, BLACK TANK FLUSH, ANTENNA, PASS THRU STORAGE COMPARTMENTS, CEILING FAN, FIREPLACE, DVD PLAYER, STOVE TOP BURNERS,, WASHER/DRYER PREP, SHOWER W/GLASS DOOR., -Please note a few details Roof in excellent shape, all 3 holding tanks and release valves working good, fresh water holding tank and the water pump is in good working order, A/C is very cold, Furnace is very hot, all burners and stove working, two 30 pound propane tanks and lines in good working order, Water lines checked, Electrical Checked ,Newer tires with good tread, Hot Water very Good, Leveling Jacks Working, Slide in good working order. -Recent upgrades
New 1 year old Main Awning ($1,000), New Battery, New Electrical Converter Box, New Dog Bone extension, protector and a newly installed element in the heater tank. -Also included 5th Wheel Tripod Stabilizer for the front, 3 barely used RV water hoses, an extra rv Battery, many spare RV necessities, waste water hose for drainage and I"m sure much more but I just can"t think of it off the top of my mind.
-Please take note of customization Prior to the listing the 5th wheel it has been check thoroughly inside and out. The structure is in very good constitution and has never had any leaks. The main slidout awning had a slight tear in it and was repaired with awning take. Also all appliances, mechanical, water pipes,electrical functions inside and out are in good working order. As the 5th wheel is a 2004 it should be expected that there may be typical cosmetic wear and tear. The 5th wheel doesn"t come with original furniture and some modification which have been made including - Original Carpet has been removed and a new moisture and weather barrier laid down and covered with new vinyl wood style planks, It smells great and very dry in there. -Cabinets in the backside of the bedroom (towards the front of the RV) have been removed -Custom Single Bed Before submitting your offer please be familiar with how ebay motors works. Also note that the non refundable deposit will be required to pay via Pay-Pal 24 hours after the end of the sale or accepted offer. The balance/full payment will be required within 7 days after the end of the sale or accepted offer.
