Prior to the listing the 5th wheel it has been check thoroughly inside and out. The structure is in EXCELLENT condition and has never had any leaks. The main slide-out awning had a slight tear in it and was repaired with awning take. Also, all appliances, mechanical, water pipes, electrical functions inside and out are in good working order. As the 5th wheel is a 2004, it should be expected that there may be typical cosmetic wear and tear.
Think of this trailer as a new apartment! You can furnish it any way you want- and it"s better than the depressing Great-Aunt Edna style cheap furniture and moldy window treatments RVs come with! The 5th wheel DOES NOT COME WITH FURNITURE , and some modifications include :
- Original Carpet was removed and a new moisture/weather barrier was put down and covered with new vinyl wood style planks, It smells great and VERY dry in there.
-Cabinets in the back of the bedroom were removed
-Custom Single Bed
The 5th wheel is sold as-is and priced far below the low-end of retail value for a model with these upgrades in order to sell quickly, and to compensate for no furniture.
